Remembering to wash our faces every day and apply restorative creams nightly is easy for most of us. But sometimes the less frequent skin treatments get lost on lengthy to-do lists, buried by bustling schedules. Here’s a calendar to ensure that important skincare tasks don’t fall through the cracks, along with some skincare tips to try.

What to do daily

  1. Find the right cleanser for your skin type, and use it morning and night. Look for a cleanser that removes all traces of makeup and debris, without stripping the skin. When choosing a cleanser, take your skin type into consideration.
  2. Protect skin from UV damage, every day.
  3. Create a replenishing nighttime routine. Make skincare a priority at bedtime, when your skin has the entire night to soak up creams, serums or other topical treatments.
